This patent pending design of the Exstream Sports Mount provides a strong hold for any device while Live Streaming. The combination of cups and strap creates more than 40 lbs. of holding strength. This mount adapter does not allow you to view the screen while in use, and is therefore only recommended for streaming action sports activities where you don’t need to see the screen, or comments from followers during the stream. If screen viewing is required, try our spring loaded phone mount.

Here's How it Works

Make sure both the inside of the suction cup and your device screen are clean and dry.

  • First, initiate your preferred live streaming app, or choose to record video
  • Attach suction cups to the screen, then tightly wrap the strap around the device and attach Velcro at rear
  • To remove the device, pull release tabs on the suction cups to remove the device . Push "stop" button if recording video.
  • To STOP recording, you may also push the power button, or volume buttons on side of device. This will stop the video, but still save the recording. This is handy when you don't want to immediately remove the device from the mount, or cannot access the "Stop" button on your screen.
  • You may optionally align the device so that the recording button remains exposed on the screen, allowing you to start/stop recording without removing the mount. Only optional for devices with large screens
Use this Mount for recording video, or taking photos as a static mount.

The Suction Cup Mount Adapter can also be operated as a static mount when disconnected. This allows you to suspend your device from a glass surface for pictures and video.

  • For this use: remove the suction cup mount portion, then pull the elastic strap between the suction cups (watch demonstration video above)
  • Create a loop opening between the elastic strap and mount, where you can slide your device into
  • Pull the elastic strap upwards and connect the Velcro. Your device should be held tightly within the elastic strap (see image #4 above)
  • Now you can initiate a camera timer, time lapse, or video recording on your screen, then attach exposed suction cups to glass
  • Try using the suction cup mount as a static mount on any smooth glass surfaces like: windows, car windows, mirror, exterior building windows, etc
Useful Tips for your Exstream Sports Mount

With any new product, it takes a little time to figure out how they work. Here are some simple tips to help you master this Gadget.

  • A tiny bit of moisture on the screen is okay, it can help the suction cups attach better, but they work great on clean dry surfaces too.
  • If you have a large device, try attaching the suction cups so that the "Record" button remains exposed. This allows you to be able to start/stop recording without removing the device from the mount.
  • Caution using the suction cups in extreme cold weather environments (below 20 deg. F). Keep the suction cup mount inside a pocket to keep from freezing, then remove when ready for use.
  • If using this mount for winter sports, you can easily keep the mount warm while sitting on the lift. Once you reach the top, remove the mount and attach the cups to your device. It still works very well.
  • When removing your device from the mount, pull on the small release tabs located on the edges of the suction cups. If you do not use the release tabs, the mount will be very hard to remove.
FAQ
Will the Exstream Sports Mount work for my phone?

The Livestream Action Mount adapter will work with just about any smartphone or phablet on the market. All modern smartphone devices have a glass screen, which provides a location to attach the suction cups. The elastic grippy strap will stretch and conform to the shape of your phone so the Action Mount is operable with any modern device. Your old flip phone or Blackberry won’t work!

Why would I want to purchase the Exstream Sports Mount?

Well, not everyone can afford to purchase an expensive action camera like GoPro for live streaming. We think that some people would like to use their smartphone to livestream and record their lives, rather than spend the money on more advanced action cameras. Using your smartphone is more convenient, plus you can let family and friends use the Livestream Action Mount with their own phone too. Check you video recording settings for more advanced recording options such as FAST HD, or ANTI-SHAKE settings to get the best footage possible.

How durable is the Exstream Sports Mount?

The Livestream Action Mount is manufactured from a high grade, nylon based plastic. We have put the mounts through rigorous testing and they hold up well in all circumstances.

How strong is the hold on my phone when it’s secured in the Exstream Sports Mount?

The patent pending design of the Livestream Action Mount provides a dual attachment system to ensure your device stays put. The two suction cups are each rated for 10 lbs of holding strength, and the elastic strap provides another 20+ lbs of holding power. The combined holding strength of the design is therefore more than 40 lbs. It’s gonna take some serious strength to remove your device from the mount. The more simplified phone mount clamp is not recommended for action streaming.

Can I use my old phone with the Exstream Sports Mount?

Absolutely. Almost everyone has an old device laying around that they’re not using. Put that old device to use and give it new life as an action camera. Or use multiple devices during an activity to obtain different views, then combine the footage in the editing stage to create more exciting videos.

Do the Livestream Mounts also work with GoPro Cameras?

Yes, nearly all of our mounts are operable with GoPro Cameras. All you need to do is unscrew and remove the phone mount, then screw on your GoPro camera. We include an adapter with many of the mounts, so you can also use a Sony Action Cam, or Xiaomi Camera is you have one.

Alternatively, if you already own any of the GoPro mounts, but would like to use your phone with them, you can purchase our Livestream Action Mount Adapter that will be operable with any GoPro style mount. Or just purchase one of the other mounts you want, and you'll get the adapter with your purchase, which can then work with any other mounts you own.

Suction Cup Tips
Clean Dry Surfaces Work Best

Make sure both the inside of the suction cup and your device screen are clean and dry. To clean both surfaces, glass cleaners will work well.

A Little Moisture Can Help Keep the Seal

I know, I know, I just said above that you should keep both surfaces clean and dry, but that was referring to whatever you might have used to clean the cup. A tiny bit of water (not drenched) on the suction cup can help it keep the seal. Spread the drops of water around with your finger.

Apply Firm Pressure and Hold

Center the suction cups on your phone, press it on, and apply firm pressure to the center of the cups. Try to push all of the trapped air between the suction cups and the phone screen out from behind the suction cup.

Strong Hold, but Easy to Remove

To remove your device, simply undo the elastic strap, then pull the small release tabs on each suction cup. If you do not use the release tabs, it will be very hard to remove the device.

Free Shipping for Domestic Orders

We currently extend FREE shipping to all U.S. based orders. The shipping costs are already built in to our pricing to keep check out as simple as possible for our customers. This free shipping method is typically USPS First-Class, which typically costs about $4.00 for packages under 13 oz. All of our products weigh less than 13 oz. for a single unit. For orders with multiple units, or weights above 13 oz. alternative USPS shipping classes may be utilized. For shoppers that want faster shipping, we offer an expedited shipping option for an additional $3.99.

Shipment Notification & Tracking Info

As soon as your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification. Domestic First Class shipments do not include tracking. For expedited shipping the notification email we will include a link to track delivery with USPS or UPS.

Expedited Shipping

For domestic orders priority shipping is offered for orders shipping to a U.S. address with priority 2-day shipping selected during the checkout process. The order will normally ship on the same day if received by 10:30am MST on business days. Expedited Shipping is not offered for international orders.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery time depends on the shipping method you choose during checkout, and the time of day you place your order. First Class Shipping for order under 13 oz.: 3-4 business days, larger orders with multiple products (over 13 oz.) travel slower, likely 5-7 business days.

International Shipping

All international shipping locations are listed as options during checkout. If your country is not listed, you may select other, but you will be personally responsible for additional VAT fees upon delivery of your shipment. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the listed countries are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary widely from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs. Customs, duty, and taxes are non-refundable. In addition, we currently do not ship to Russia, China, Morocco, and Tunisia.

Returns/Exchange
RETURNS/EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love the products you receive. You must email us within 5 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping. The products must be in original condition. Purchases from our inventory may be exchanged within two (2) weeks of the date of purchase either for another product or for store credit. We do not give refunds.

Warranty

Not satisfied with your Action Mount purchase? We want you to be happy with the products you’ve purchased, so if you’re not, please get in touch. We’ve spent considerable time and effort to make sure everything we ship out works correctly, but sometimes things can go wrong. If you are experiencing a problem with one of the Action Mount products read through some of the FAQ’s, or please take a minute to read the information below to determine if your issue is covered under the 30 day warranty.

30 DAY WARRANTY
If at any time within 30 days of receiving your order, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for a refund. If the items arrived with damage, we will replace them, or allow you to return them. Any items damaged during your own personal use due to reasons not covered under warranty cannot be accepted back for refund under our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee. Please note, required shipping fees are not refundable.
Action Mount products and accessories are guaranteed against manufacturing defects 30 Days from the original date of purchase. In the event of such defects during this period we will repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product. Damage resulting from your personal use, an accident, or typical wear and tear is not covered by this or any warranty. Action Mount assumes no liability for any accident, injury, damaged devices, loss, or other claim related to or resulting from the use of this product. In no event shall Action Mount be liable for incidental or consequential damages relating to or resulting from the use of this product or any of its parts.
RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of receipt, you can return it by simple shipping it back to us. Your credit card or PayPal account will be credited upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

  1. Notify us with an email to let us know what went wrong, and that you’re returning the merchandise.

  2. Package merchandise and attach shipping information.
  3. Items must be received by Livestream within 10 days of sending the email notification.
